2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the Services — generate audio, process voice cloning requests, transcribe audio, and isolate vocals
- Manage your account — authentication, credit tracking, subscription management
- Process payments — billing, invoicing, fraud prevention
- Improve our AI models — aggregate, anonymized usage patterns may inform model quality improvements; individual audio is never used for model training without explicit consent
- Communicate with you — service notifications, product updates, security alerts (you may opt out of marketing emails)
- Enforce our Terms — detect abuse, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance
- Legal obligations — comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests
3. Voice Data & Audio Files
Important: Voice cloning requires uploading a reference audio sample of a human voice. You must have legal authorization to upload and clone any voice. Uploading someone else's voice without their consent may violate our Terms of Service and applicable law.
3.1 What We Store
- Reference audio files uploaded for voice cloning are stored securely and linked to your account
- Generated audio outputs (TTS, cloned voice, AI design) are stored and accessible to you via your library
- Transcription source files are stored temporarily during processing and then deleted unless you save them
3.2 How We Handle Voice Data
- Voice data is encrypted at rest and in transit
- Access is restricted to authorized personnel and automated processing systems
- We do not share your uploaded voice samples with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., cloud storage provider)
- We do not use your voice samples to train public AI models without your explicit opt-in consent
3.3 Deletion of Audio Data
You may delete your voice library entries, cloned voice profiles, and generated audio files
at any time from your Dashboard. Deleted files are permanently removed from our systems
within 30 days.
3.4 Consent for Voice Cloning
When you submit a voice for cloning, you confirm that:
- You are the voice owner, or
- You have obtained explicit, informed written consent from the voice owner, or
- The recording is in the public domain or you hold a license permitting such use
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these circumstances:
4.1 Service Providers
We engage trusted third-party companies to help operate our Services:
