TTScriber provides AI-powered audio services including:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time with reasonable notice to registered users.
Most Services consume credits. Credit consumption rates:
New accounts receive a one-time free credit grant. Free credits have no expiration date but may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current paid period.
Alternatively, you may cancel by managing your PayPal billing agreement directly in your PayPal account. If you cancel via PayPal, please also cancel within TTScriber to ensure accurate access management.
One-time credit packs are non-refundable once purchased and do not expire. Credit packs are consumed after subscription credits are depleted.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or in cases of verified billing errors. To request a review, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.
Prices shown may exclude applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax). You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

When publishing or distributing AI-generated audio content, you are strongly encouraged (and may be legally required in some jurisdictions) to disclose that the content was produced using AI voice technology.
We reserve the right to audit voice library contents, remove cloned voices that appear to violate these rules, and terminate accounts of users who breach this section. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to voice misuse.
The Services, including all software, AI models, algorithms, interfaces, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by TTScriber and protected by copyright, patent, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to TTScriber's intellectual property except as expressly stated.
Voices in the TTScriber Voice Library are licensed for use within the Services. Premium voice licenses may include additional usage rights. Redistribution of library voices outside the context of your generated content is not permitted.
If you submit suggestions, feedback, or ideas about the Services, you grant TTScriber a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such feedback without obligation to you.

By uploading content to the Services, you grant TTScriber a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services. We do not use your content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Generated audio outputs may be used for commercial purposes (e.g., podcasts, videos, advertisements, apps) under all paid subscription plans. Free-tier users may use generated audio for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TTSCRIBER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
AI-generated audio is produced by machine learning models and may not always be accurate, natural, or suitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before use.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TTSCRIBER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:
IN NO EVENT SHALL TTSCRIBER'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TTSCRIBER IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TTScriber and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Unused subscription credits are non-refundable upon voluntary termination.
We may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice if:
Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends immediately. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Users located in the EU/UK may bring disputes before their local consumer protection authority or applicable alternative dispute resolution body.
